Technical Sales and Application Specialist – SOLDERING

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets, focusing on outside sales efforts and territory management.
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market analysis to expand customer base.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer data, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the marketplace.
- Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Lead territory management efforts by planning visits, scheduling meetings, and building long-term relationships with clients across regions.
- Knowledge of electronics assembly and soldering processes required
- outside sales or business development roles within B2B environments, preferably in electronics assembly and soldering preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while driving new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation strategies preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as dynamics for sales tracking and customer relationship management desired.
- Experience in product demos, technical sales presentations, and upselling solutions tailored to client needs for the electronics assembly industry and soldering processes preferred.
- Excellent analysis skills for market research, sales forecasting, and performance evaluation desired.
