Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing virtual customer service across multiple industries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers, using your creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide sound solutions.
  • Assessing customer needs quickly and providing high-level customer service, while documenting details of all calls and customer interactions.
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously, using your computer skills to navigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Working independently, setting your own schedule to work around your life, and enjoying the freedom and flexibility of being your own boss.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems simultaneously.
  • Basic typing skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with multiple software systems and platforms.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses, but you'll also have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with a range of benefits and perks, including:

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background and credit check.
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor.
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • Complete a W9 form.
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program.

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to starting work.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks to suit your needs. Client call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.

Technology Needed for Success

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to have access to a computer and internet connection, as well as a range of software and tools, including:

  • A Windows-based computer or laptop.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • A headset or other audio equipment.
  • A range of software and tools, including CRM systems and other productivity tools.
