About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and skilled Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations on an as-needed basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including Shopify management, data entry, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management:

+ Upload products to Shopify using CSV files, images, and detailed descriptions + Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including pricing, inventory, and product variations + Utilize Shopify's features to optimize product listings and improve customer experience

Data Entry:

+ Enter data into Google Sheets with precision and accuracy + Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple spreadsheets + Develop and implement data management systems to streamline processes

Basic Photo Editing:

+ Use Canva and Photoshop to edit product images and ensure high-quality visual content + Apply consistent branding and design standards across all product images + Collaborate with the design team to develop new visual content and marketing materials

General Administrative Support:

+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Loom instructions to ensure efficient task completion + Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner + Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions

Reliability and Responsiveness:

We require a Virtual Assistant who can respond promptly to task assignments and meet deadlines.

Strong English and Detail-Oriented:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision.

Shopify Experience:

Mandatory experience with Shopify is required, including knowledge of its features, functionality, and best practices.

Availability:

We need a Virtual Assistant who can commit to 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar role

  • Strong understanding of Shopify and its features
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and data management tools
  • Basic photo editing skills using Canva and Photoshop
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with design principles and visual content creation
  • Certification in virtual assistance or a related field
  • Experience working with SOPs and Loom instructions
