As a Customer Care Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll lead a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance. Your expertise will help drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the customer care team to ensure high standards of service and engagement
- Training, mentoring, and developing customer care representatives to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement
- Monitoring the quality of customer calls to ensure consistent service excellence and adherence to company standards
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Accountable for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Overseeing and managing the call queue
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure streamlined communication and processes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in customer service management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Construction or home improvement experience (preferred)

Compensation and Perks
