Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic German Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer questions, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. - Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers. - Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries.

Requirements

- Native or near-native German speakers. - Fluency in English. - Clear Communication Skills. - Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools. - Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and communicative.
