What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their expectations
- Researching and resolving customer issues, thinking critically and proactively to find solutions
- Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to help, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
- Collaborating with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools to cultivate a customer-centric culture
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer usage, including data entry and efficient internet browsing
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and priorities
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and secure critical information
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
