Responsibilities

As a remote chatbot developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing and documenting data coming from bot conversations to identify patterns, trends, and conversational flows
• Collaborating with system architects and programmers to design and develop chatbot applications that meet the needs of our clients
• Designing and building conversational chatbots that provide seamless customer experiences
• Defining recurring questions to automate answers and responses, and implementing processes to enhance the end-user experience
• Assisting in the handling of multilingual support to cater to a diverse customer base
• Building and deploying internal testing tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our chatbot applications
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, ML, and NLP, and applying this knowledge to improve our chatbot solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience working with chatbots and customer-facing production projects (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
• Proficiency in AI/chatbot development landscape, tools, and frameworks, including:

+ Artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms + Natural language processing techniques + Programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, etc. + Recommendation algorithms used in e-commerce and advertising

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our global team
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4-hour overlap with US time zones
