Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients across a variety of industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Application and Certification Process
