Key Responsibilities
As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences across a variety of industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers, using your creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide sound solutions.
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service, while documenting details of all calls and customer interactions.
- Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously, using your computer skills to navigate complex software and technology.
- Providing a high level of customer service, empathizing with difficult callers, and remaining patient and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Working independently, setting your own schedule, and choosing when and where to provide services, as your own self-employed boss.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems, as well as basic typing skills.
- Excellent customer service and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications

Application and Certification Process
To become an experienced customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check.
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor, as part of the background/credit check process.
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and complete a W9 form.
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program.
Program Metrics Requirements
Some programs may require experienced customer service representatives to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These programs may include:
- Client's call availability will vary and is subject to change, however generally calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
- Technology requirements, including the use of specific software and technology, may vary depending on the program.
