Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
• Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and provide sound solutions
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
• Providing a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Basic typing skills and ability to meet productivity standards
• Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based pay and other incentives, including:

• Hourly pay for completed services

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

• Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background and credit check
• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to your participation.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work from anywhere. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks and dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients.
