Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers across a variety of industries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Basic typing skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a self-employed Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
- Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements
Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.
Availability
As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
