Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
• Creatively problem-solving to provide sound solutions to customer needs
• Providing a high-level of customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions, maintaining accurate records
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously, with ease and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in challenging situations
• Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems with ease
• Basic typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
• A strong customer service and written skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise communication

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial in your role as an arenaflex Independent Contractor:

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers

Earning Potential

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a higher income based on your performance. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives, depending on your performance and the specific program you're working on.

Tax Obligations

As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations. You'll need to submit invoices and receive payment for completed services, and you'll be responsible for expenses and controlling your own profit and loss.

Application and Certification Process

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to:

• Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
• View our background and credit check requirements here
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details, and you'll need to meet these requirements to continue working on the program.

Availability

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the opportunity to earn a higher income based on your performance.

To succeed as an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to meet our basic technology requirements, which include:

• A Windows-based computer or laptop
• A reliable internet connection
• A headset or other audio equipment
• A quiet and dedicated workspace
