Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to address customer needs and provide sound solutions
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with multiple systems and software applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the opportunities you choose to participate in. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
  • Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Availability and Scheduling

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.

  • A Windows-based computer or laptop
  • A reliable internet connection
  • A headset or earpiece
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace
