Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Arenaflex products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics and performance targets
  • Working collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment

  • Knowledge of Arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
