  • Monitor, assess, and communicate relevant legislative, regulatory, and political developments that may impact ŌURA 9s business, partnerships, or growth opportunities
  • Develop policy positions, advocacy materials, and briefings that translate complex healthcare and technology topics into clear, business-relevant insights
  • Build and maintain relationships with Members of Congress, Congressional staff, trade associations, federal agencies, and other key external stakeholders to educate and advocate on ŌURA 9s policy priorities
  • Support and coordinate meetings, briefings, and engagements on Capitol Hill and with external partners as needed
  • Assist in managing ŌURA 9s participation in relevant trade associations, coalitions, and industry groups, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Operate comfortably across multiple workstreams, stepping in to support emerging priorities, time-sensitive issues, and cross-functional initiatives as the business evolves

What We 9re Looking For

  • Background in healthcare policy, government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs, preferably within health tech, medtech, life sciences, or a related field
  • Experience engaging with Congress, federal agencies, and trade associations
  • Strong understanding of how public policy intersects with business strategy, enterprise partnerships, and revenue growth
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate policy developments into actionable guidance for business teams
  • Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • DC-based, travel as needed, and regularly engage on Capitol Hill
