Manager, Operational Excellence – Provider Operations
Job Description:
- Support the end-to-end design and evolution of Provider Operations workflows
- Define and standardize how work gets done across the Provider Growth organization
- Define and lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
- Set direction, align stakeholders, and ensure scalable implementation
- Translate operational needs into scalable system and tooling improvements
- Drive a culture of operational excellence by standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices
- Identify systemic inefficiencies and design solutions across people, process, and technology to improve scalability, consistency, and provider experience
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience using analytics to solve complex business or operational problems across multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a quantitative field
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact results
- Ability to define and drive long-term strategy while balancing immediate operational needs
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools)
- Strong experience gathering requirements and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to clearly articulate strategy, frameworks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation
- Thrives in ambiguity and can operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
