What This Role Actually Is The first thing you’ll do is learn across corporate, transactional, and litigation work, with AI as your teacher and your peers as fellow learners. Nobody is going to walk you through it step by step; you’ll drive your own learning, fast, the way the best lawyers always have. You’ll come to understand how law gets used to solve problems , not just file paperwork. Reviewing trademarks is part of the work, but it’s a task. It is not the job. • Start by self-learning corporate, transactional, and litigation fundamentals with AI as teacher and your peers as a learning cohort, and no one holding your hand
• Lead trademark prosecution reviews and client strategy (approximately 200 matter reviews per month)
• Grow into a trusted outside advisor across the full spectrum of business and IP needs
• Serve entrepreneurs, startups, and growing businesses as the person they call when the stakes are real
• Cultivate relationships across a large allocated client base
• Use AI extensively to sharpen your speed, responsiveness, and quality
• Collaborate with other AI-forward attorneys inside the Trademarkia ecosystem
• Conduct hearings and client meetings, with occasional travel when needed
• Appear in federal court matters when appropriate
