Job Summary

As a Korean-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve patient concerns, answer questions, and provide support in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve patient complaints and issues in a fair and compassionate manner
  • Collaborate with our team to provide support and resources to patients and families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on healthcare policies and procedures
  • Work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Provide cultural and language support to patients and families as needed

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Korean and English languages (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or with patients and families
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service or healthcare-related role in a remote setting

  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and cultures
