Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing empathetic and informative support to patients and their families. You'll work closely with our healthcare team to address patient concerns, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in California.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Tagalog and English

  • Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to resolve patient issues and concerns
  • Document patient interactions and concerns in our electronic medical record system
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
  • Bilingual in Tagalog and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages fluently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and other healthcare software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, with a focus on customer service and patient support

  • Certification in a related field, such as medical assisting or medical billing
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations
  • Experience working with electronic medical record systems and other healthcare software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
