What You'll Do:
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
- Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving
- Meeting and exceeding team KPIs, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry
- Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
- Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services to provide informed support
- Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
What You Need to Succeed:
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Chinese and English
, both minimum B2/upper-intermediate level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a customer support role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in live chats and emails
- Finance/Economics/Mathematics or related qualification, with a strong understanding of financial markets and concepts
- Interest in crypto or stock exchange, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex customer issues
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
A Great Plus:
While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:
- Experience in crypto/finance, with a strong understanding of financial markets and concepts
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk, with a proven track record of using these tools to deliver exceptional customer support
