Working hand in hand with our arenaflex Consult Partners and customer partners, you will leverage your technical and solution expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

You will be responsible for pitching, identifying, developing, and closing integrated solutions that address our clients' business needs from an industry and business point of view. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Technology Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as our customers' trusted advisor within their specialty, working within a practice but responsible for adjacent areas to provide a complete arenaflex customer solution
  • Actively opening doors and opportunities in other arenaflex specialties by engaging with peers
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key alliance partners and ecosystems, creating referenceable customers
  • Leading the technical/solution customer engagement as a technical solution expert, supporting the close of sale with the Customer Partner and Consult Partner
  • Having the eminence to deliver billable work for early engagement of the sales process and ensuring follow-through to create customer satisfaction

Commercial Success

You will also be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Customer Partner and Consult Partner to identify, develop, and close deals through deep technical/solution expertise
  • Defining a unique value proposition for respective areas of expertise, responsible for looking at the solution from a cross-practice perspective to bring full value to the customer
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to generate a winning response and optimal technical solutions
  • Utilizing the full breadth of arenaflex's value propositions to develop profitable deals, working with the pricing/commercial teams to ensure suggested solutions are profitable
  • Supporting in developing/repackaging solution capabilities aligned to deal characteristics and needs in the targeted account

As a Customer Technology Advisor, you will possess:

  • A deep understanding of best-in-class, profitable solutions to bring into customer discussions to develop the right winning solution
  • The ability to leverage technology-specific expertise to support winning deals
  • The ability to support selling new solutions/offerings with an understanding of arenaflex services capabilities
  • Deep technical/solution expertise for respective areas
  • The ability to ensure customer satisfaction and act with integrity
  • The ability to bring together arenaflex deep technical and solution expertise with alliance partners for jointly successful pursuits
  • External recognition as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning area

Skills

You will require:

  • The ability to design use cases to articulate the user experience of customers' employees in their use of devices, collaboration tools, and applications to perform their own job responsibilities
  • The responsibility to work on the creation of requirements, use cases, sequence diagrams, arch solution docs, Test cases, and Acceptance criteria
  • Leadership in the Microsoft space, utilizing Architecture Thinking and Methodology, Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Offering/Product Lifecycle Management, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy Compliance Posture, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), Cloud Computing

Professional Expertise

You will need to demonstrate:

  • A degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related (arenaflex will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as an Enterprise Architect or related
  • One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Architecture Thinking and Methodology, Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Offering/Product Lifecycle Management, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy Compliance Posture, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), Cloud Computing
  • Experienced C-level IT services seller, appropriate and articulate taking care of clients at the most senior levels
  • A network at CISO and C-level that you can easily approach
  • A track record of sales leadership in negotiating and closing transformational services engagements
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • The ability to story tell and simplify the solution context and outcomes
  • Innovative and creative in solving complex problems
  • The ability to collaborate and bring together a unified approach with multiple stakeholders to deliver outcomes
  • The ability to sell in a virtual environment
  • Understanding cross-industry and day-to-day concerns experienced by CxOs in running complex IT infrastructure environments, along with an ability to position the unique value of arenaflex services to address these concerns
  • The ability to develop and maintain comprehensive technical sales knowledge in cloud (services) solutions, along with financial and selling skills
  • Personal drive, tenacity, and energy, and results-oriented
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to produce and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations, comfortable in presenting to both small and large audiences
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Sales forecasting and deals/closure assessment traits, and a believer in CRM hygiene
