Experienced Customer Success Manager – Leadership Role in Fintech

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us build out and oversee a team of Analysts and Associates. This is a leadership role that involves taking responsibility for the performance and well-being of a team, consolidating feedback from the team, prioritizing initiatives to grow the individual's and team's overall performance, and ensuring that all members of the team are fully trained and up to date on all company initiatives.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of Analysts and Associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives. You will work closely with the Underwriting Operations team to prioritize team initiatives and ensure that all members of the team are equipped to handle any fluctuations in deal volume. You will also be responsible for identifying and grooming promising talent on the team, providing additional training and career development, and ensuring that all team members are fully trained and up to date on all company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Report to the Director of Customer Success, serving as the point of contact for the overall performance of the team

  • Receive feedback and suggestions from direct reports and work with the Underwriting Operations team to prioritize team initiatives
  • Make hiring decisions, schedule for your team, and process payroll
  • Identify and groom promising talent on the team
  • Ensure that all members of the team are fully trained and up to date on all company initiatives
  • Train a team of trainers to assist with new hire and other ad hoc training
  • Administer Performance Improvement Plans when necessary to guide your team to perform up to standard

What You Bring

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Comfortable with working with different personalities

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $85,000 - $95,000 annually. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and current market data and may vary from the range above.
