What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
- Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers

- Working with customers' sensitive information in a secure and confidential manner
- Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices to drive customer satisfaction
- Maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services
- Communicating with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent Swedish, Danish B2, and English B2 level: You'll be working with customers in multiple languages, so proficiency in these languages is essential.
- Basic technical understanding: You'll need to understand the technical aspects of our clients' products and services to provide effective support.
- Analytical and research skills: You'll need to analyze customer issues and research solutions to resolve them efficiently.
- Self-management skills: You'll work independently, managing your time and priorities to meet customer needs.
- Positive and responsible attitude: You'll need to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload): You'll need a reliable computer and internet connection to work effectively from home.
What's a Plus
While not required, experience in customer service and CRM systems will be a great asset in this role. If you have experience working with customers, CRM systems, or other relevant tools, you'll be well-equipped to hit the ground running.
