Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Document customer interactions and update customer records as necessary - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex policies and procedures - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with arenaflex products or services - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Experience with ticketing systems and customer service software - Strong analytical and technical skills
