Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent - French Speaking to join our Member Support team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our panelists, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. Fluency in French at a native level is a must. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent - French Speaking, your key responsibilities will include: * Achieving or exceeding required KPI goals * Supporting members across various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) * Achieving or exceeding required KPI rating for panelist satisfaction * Performing end-user testing of panel websites and reporting findings to relevant teams * Researching and performing fraud checks * Ensuring escalated complaints and sensitive subject matters are resolved accordingly * Performing other duties as assigned by management Skills and Attributes To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and attributes: * Fluency in English and French (reading, writing, and speaking) * Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) * Good attention to detail * Organizational skills * Time management * Problem-solving and adaptability to member needs * Ability to work independently * Proactive, motivated, and flexible team player * Positive attitude and enthusiasm * Strives for continuous improvement; anticipates and solves for customer needs; contributes new ideas * Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Work Environment and Culture At arenaflex, we foster a stimulating and fast-paced work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
