The Role
As a Customer Success Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a positive customer journey by engaging with business owners in a friendly and professional manner. You'll be handling inbound calls, web chats, and customer emails, as well as assisting with loan applications, account queries, and other administrative tasks. You'll also be working closely with multiple teams within arenaflex to achieve the best outcome for our customers.
A Typical Day for You Will Be:
* Answering inbound calls to our main line, answering queries and requests, and handling web chats and customer emails
- Helping businesses to complete their loan applications
- Assisting existing customers with account queries such as handling repayments, processing renewal requests, and other administrative tasks
- Pitching our services to customers who come through our marketing channels
- Liaising with multiple teams within arenaflex in a cross-functional team such as Sales, Account Management, Credit Analysis, and Collections to achieve the best outcome for our customers
- We rely on our team members' feedback to continually improve, and you'll be encouraged to share your insights and ideas to help us reach our goal
Requirements
We're looking for individuals who are smart, humble, motivated, and always looking to improve. Ideally, you'll have:
- A passion for delighting customers and a real enthusiasm for helping SMEs. You'll need to be able to build rapport with business owners quickly
- Great time management and multitasking skills to be able to adapt to our customers' needs
- To be a self-starter, taking ownership of your customers, while collaborating with your team to reach group targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional manner
- The ability to "think outside the box" and have the confidence to put forward ideas, often to other departments, to help us improve our processes
- To be able to adapt to the growth of an ambitious company. You'll take new products, customer groups, and processes in your stride

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or Fintech company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer success or account management role
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £26K - £27.5K, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
