Your Challenge at arenaflex

As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be part of the Implementation & Technical Account Manager Team, responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing a robust real-time monitoring system that ensures full visibility into critical workflows, anticipating incidents before they escalate.
  • Preventing critical incidents before they impact clients by proactively monitoring and addressing potential issues.
  • Providing data-driven insights and proposing improvements, positioning the NOC as a strategic team.
  • Creating standardized processes that ensure operational excellence and enable scalability.
  • Ensuring continuous operational coverage with well-defined shifts and seamless handovers.
  • Providing Level 1 support to clients, acting as the first line of defense to address issues, answer queries, and escalate critical incidents to internal teams when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
