Job Summary
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving growth, adoption, and ROI for our customers. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, working closely with VP and C-level stakeholders to develop and execute customized success plans. Your expertise will help identify opportunities for growth, drive consensus, and navigate complex organizations. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute customized success plans to drive adoption, ROI, and growth for enterprise and mid-market customers
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders, driving strategic partnerships and growth opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing customer data and dashboards to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to stakeholders, showcasing customer success and ROI
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and expansion
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive customer success and growth
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a high-touch Customer Success or Account Management role, with a proven track record of driving growth, adoption, and ROI
- Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders, driving strategic partnerships and growth opportunities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable success plans, driving customer success and growth
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills, able to navigate complex organizations and drive consensus
- Proven ability to work with data and dashboards, using CSM and CRM tools to analyze customer data and drive business outcomes
- Proficient in using CSM and CRM tools, with a strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs
