Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and growth across the AMER region. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product teams
  • Conduct regular business reviews, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions to address customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, including their goals, challenges, and pain points
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation

Requirements

* Strong expertise in the customer lifecycle, with particular emphasis on customer retention, churn mitigation, and onboarding

  • Proven track record of growing and developing customers, with a keen ability to understand client needs and suggest targeted solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of managing complex implementation/onboarding projects and working with a medium-sized book of clients (40-60 customers)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong passion for problem-solving and executing strategies across a wide variety of technical scenarios and customer verticals
  • Deep understanding of the different stakeholders in your book of business and how to address them in writing, speaking, and presenting
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

  • Experience working with a global customer base
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Experience with customer success platforms and tools
