Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of Arenaflex, representing our brand and values in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and effective manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and answering questions to their satisfaction
  • Utilize Arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and update customer information
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with Arenaflex's CRM system or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of customer service software, including ticketing systems and chat platforms
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with disabilities
