Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian language expertise, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level customer service via chat, email, and calls, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native-level Slovenian language skills (B2 level English is also required).
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Medical background knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to prioritize and plan tasks effectively.
  • Independence, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
