Job Summary
As an Advanced Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for working closely with our Critical Account Program customers and premium services portfolio customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with Critical Account Program customers and premium services portfolio customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer engineers and other stakeholders across all levels of customer organizations
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on arenaflex products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of complex technical issues
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Typically, 10+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on technical support and customer engineering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Strong history of troubleshooting with customers in your current or past roles, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Mastery in English and local language, with the ability to communicate and build relationships primarily with customer engineers but also across all levels of customer organizations up to the executive level
- Willingness to learn new technologies and be self-starter when it comes to training
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working with arenaflex products and services, or similar technologies and solutions
- Certification in a relevant field, such as ITIL, Prince2, or Agile methodologies
- Experience working in a global organization, with a strong understanding of cultural and linguistic differences
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members
