Job Summary

As a Customer Logistics IEMEA, you'll be responsible for handling customer orders, communicating with customers, and supporting complaint management for our Off-Highway/Railway/Industrial Solutions team. You'll work closely with our customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer orders, including processing, tracking, and delivery

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to resolve queries and issues
  • Support complaint management, including investigation, resolution, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyze and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Requirements

* IT systems and tools (SAP, Office, Salesforce)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical affinity/understanding, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management
  • Professional 2-3 Year apprenticeship or equivalent education plus additional functional training or qualification or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Logistics
  • German and English language skills (in oral and written)
