Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Voice) to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact between our company and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative (Voice) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer calls, emails, and messages in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues by providing appropriate solutions.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintaining clear, concise, and courteous communication with customers.
  • Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer issues and resolutions.
  • Providing timely and effective follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
  • Utilizing available resources and tools to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meeting individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Continuously striving to improve efficiency and effectiveness in handling customer inquiries.
  • Working collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using chat and email platforms, as well as CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Other Qualifications:

In addition to the above qualifications, you will also need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be able to work from home with a secure, distraction-free environment (Temporary).
  • This is currently a work-from-home position, but it may change based on business needs. Candidates must be open to working on-site in Mandaluyong or Ortigas if required.
  • Requires fast internet speed at home.
  • Typing speed of at least 35wpm with 90% Accuracy.
  • Open to working on a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Able to start immediately.
