Job Summary
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value insurance customers, developing deep relationships with executive stakeholders, and driving strategic alignment to maximize customer value and retention. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support to ensure our customers achieve their business objectives and realize the full potential of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of high-value insurance customers, including strategic planning, account strategy development, and customer engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-level executives and other key decision-makers
- Drive strategic alignment with customers to maximize value and retention, including identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with customers to ensure alignment and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement customer success plans, including metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate customer success and value to executive stakeholders
Requirements
* 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise SaaS Account Management, Strategic Consulting, or related roles
- Demonstrated success managing high-value enterprise accounts with complex technical and business requirements
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives in the insurance or geospatial technology sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of customer success principles, including account strategy development, customer engagement, and value realization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation and Perks

- A salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
