Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and empathetic support to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as needed
- Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
