Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a SaaS or software company
- Familiarity with Arenaflex's products and services (or a willingness to learn)
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Fluency in multiple languages (English and at least one other language)
