Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer experience, customer service, or a related field

- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, personas, and experience design principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications
