Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and survey results
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment
- Experience with arenaflex products or services
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
- Experience with social media and online communities, with the ability to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner
