Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
