Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
