Job Summary

You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities
* Identify new sales opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective use of sales tools and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote sales environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who collaborates effectively with others
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
