Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems

Preferred Qualifications
