Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs. You'll work closely with our sales team, product experts, and customer support specialists to ensure seamless sales processes, effective product implementation, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, research, and relationship-building - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with sales team members, product experts, and customer support specialists to ensure seamless sales processes, effective product implementation, and ongoing customer satisfaction - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand customer base, and increase average deal size - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth - Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance - Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise

Essential Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences - Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and business development strategies - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies - Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and experience with sales automation software

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment - Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a strong understanding of the technology industry - Certification in sales, customer success, or a related field (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) - Experience with sales training and development programs, with a focus on sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
