Job Summary
As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth through strategic account management. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, provide exceptional customer service, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely responses, effective issue resolution, and proactive communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
- Meet or exceed sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction and retention rates
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a sales role within the technology or software industry
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in sales, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Experience with sales automation tools, such as salesforce.com or HubSpot
- Fluency in a second language
