Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Sales Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, research, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
