Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, product demonstrations, and issue resolution
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, sales quotas, and performance metrics
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
