[Hiring] Seasonal Support, Office Assistant @WinShape Foundation
Role Description To provide support for the traveling Camps for Communities teams and full time staff while also providing excellent care and customer service to all summer staff and camper parents they contact. Reports to: Team Leader, Camps Operations – WinShape Camps for Communities
Responsibilities
- Review camp inventory replenishment requests from summer teams and submit to WinShape Foundation Procurement for fulfillment.
- Maintain consistent communication with summer Operations Director to ensure they are hitting deadlines and that their needs are met.
- Process and code receipts from summer staff teams for their credit card purchases.
- Collect weekly reports from Operations Director and distribute information to full time staff as needed.
- Occasionally register campers and collect payment from parents. Knowledgeable with aspects of WinShape Camps and the overall WIN registration system.
- Provide outstanding care to all Summer Staff and parents at all times.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience with at least one year on Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp (not required).
- Ability to work remotely while managing time efficiently.
- Preferred experience in customer service and project management.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Intermediate skills in written and verbal communication, time management and organization.
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, serving with a pleasant, patient and friendly tone in all types of communication.
- A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
