Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities while providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet our customers' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and problem-solving
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with company goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and understand our offerings
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual relationships
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and strategies, with a focus on customer-centric approaches
