Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional sales support to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Deliver exceptional sales support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed sales support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of our customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technology or software industry

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar technology or software company

  • Familiarity with sales automation tools, such as CRM software and sales intelligence platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, including consultative selling and solution selling
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
